 Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - Indirect 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • All system enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with the help of various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).
  • Delivery of volume from service channels such as cashier & call center service.
  • Delivery of volume from new identified channels like digital, CIBIL watch.
  • Daily system/process support to sales team.
  • Daily business MIS preparation and rollout.
  • Monthly incentive calculation and rollout.
  • Contest calculation and rollout.
  • Liaise with HR team for activities such as R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
  • Track and manage on-roll & off-roll headcount and productivity.
  • Liaise with Risk team for offer generation, policy changes, etc.
  • Provide classroom training & training over call for any new enhancements or changes in product/processes.
  • Allocate monthly offer base to sales/call center teams.
  • Conduct various business meetings (e.g., ZSM/RSM meetings, contest-based trips).
  • Manage portfolio metricsensure collection of early delinquent cases and track EWS location management.
  • Manage various vendorsensure timely onboarding, calculation of payout, etc.
  • Prepare monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
  • Provide annual inputs for LRS & AOP deck preparation.
