 Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans - Indirect 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • System enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with the help of various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).
  • Delivery of volume from service channels including cashier and call center service.
  • Delivery of volume from newly identified channels such as digital and CIBIL watch.
  • Daily system/process support to the sales team.
  • Preparation and rollout of daily business MIS.
  • Calculation and rollout of monthly incentives.
  • Contest calculation and rollout.
  • Liaise with HR team for activities including R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
  • Track and manage on-roll and off-roll headcount and productivity.
  • Liaise with Risk team for offer generation and policy changes.
  • Conduct classroom and telephonic training for new enhancements or changes in products/processes.
  • Allocate monthly offer base to sales and call center teams.
  • Conduct business meets such as ZSM/RSM meets and contest-based trips.
  • Manage portfolio metrics including collection of early delinquent cases and tracking EWS location management.
  • Vendor managementensure timely onboarding and payout calculations.
  • Provide monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
  • Provide annual inputs for LRS and AOP deck preparation.

  • Rollout of new system enhancements and customer communication across various channels.

  • Connect with internal departments such as COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, RCU, Collections, and Compliance.
