Job Description

As a Department Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to support the store's organization and ensure the proper functioning of department activities. Your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stock availability, sales, profitability, customer journey, team management, and overall day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the business of the department by cultivating a strategic understanding and engaging with stakeholders - Monitor and achieve department performance using relevant KPIs - Analyze the category business, propose action plans for improvement, and implement them - Set performance targets for the team and individuals in coordination with the Store Manager - Stay updated on competitors" activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager - Utilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals - Provide excellent customer service and implement clienteling activities - Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and enhance customer satisfaction - Improve Mystery Shopper Results through action plans - Implement CRM tools to develop loyal customers in the product category - Ensure proper management, display, storage, and maintenance of merchandise by the team - Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards - Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team - Maintain visual merchandising consistent with company standards and align it with sales performance - Discuss individual performance monthly and coach team members - Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives - Organize the team efficiently based on business needs and delegate responsibilities - Conduct category training for the team and execute in-store training routines set by the Store Manager Qualifications Required: - 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in a Supervisor role in Fashion/Luxury Sales - Master's Degree or equivalent preferred - Strong selling and communication skills - Excellent relationship-building and self-reliance - Confidence, organizational skills, and professionalism - Client-focused with strong business acumen - Administration and financial skills - Computer skills and knowledge of Retail management systems - Goal-oriented with multitasking abilities - Fluency in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus Additionally, you may be required to fulfill other duties within your capacity as reasonably required by the Company.,
