Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dentist to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a leading B2B online dental supplies aggregator. The SME will play a critical role in content creation, product education, and training for both field and inside sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with deep product knowledge and industry insights to drive customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, clinically accurate content related to dental products, procedures, and industry trends.
• Design and deliver training programs for field and inside sales teams to enhance product understanding and customer interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, usage, and positioning based on clinical relevance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in dental technology, materials, and practices.
• Support customer education initiatives through webinars, workshops, and product demos.
• Review and validate product descriptions, catalogs, and promotional materials for accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BDS/MDS degree with 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of dental materials, equipment, and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in training, education, or content development is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into simple, engaging content.
• Familiarity with digital tools for content creation and remote training delivery.
