As a General Dentist, your role will involve diagnosing, planning, and delivering various dental treatments to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. You will need to utilize your clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and collaborate effectively within a large, multi-disciplinary dental team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine dental check-ups, oral health assessments, and preventive care. - Provide treatments including restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, scaling, and prosthodontic procedures. - Develop comprehensive treatment plans and discuss options with patients. - Collaborate with specialists such as Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons, Prosthodontists, Periodontists, etc., for advanced cases. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. - Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and clinical protocols. - Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. - Contribute to smooth clinic operations and support the team in managing patient flow in a high-volume, multi-chair setting. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Dentistry with a valid license to practice. - Strong clinical skills and experience in performing a wide range of dental treatments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other dental professionals. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
