As an AI-powered assessment platform designed to enhance student learning through data-driven evaluations, SALCI is aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and CBSE's SAFAL framework. Our mission is to promote competency-based education by providing subject-specific analysis, performance tracking, and personalized insights. We focus on transparency, real-time feedback, and advanced analytics to enable smarter teaching strategies and measurable student progress. This full-time on-site role as a Demand Manager at SALCI requires you to drive growth by generating qualified leads, building demand pipelines, and ensuring successful onboarding of schools and institutions. Acting as the bridge between product and market, you will position SALCI as the go-to solution for schools seeking modern, AI-powered assessments. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, data-driven, and passionate about EdTech. Your key responsibilities will include building and executing sales strategies to drive demand from schools, institutions, and academic boards, engaging with principals, school leaders, and decision-makers to showcase SALCI's impact, developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads, achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets, representing SALCI at events, demos, webinars, and conferences, tracking competitor activities, market shifts, and customer insights, and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align demand generation with long-term growth goals. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or the education sector), a strong network in the K12 or higher education ecosystem (a plus), excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an ownership-driven culture, an analytical mindset with familiarity in CRM tools & sales analytics.
