The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving pipeline growth for Smile’s Enterprise Dental Cover through multi-channel B2B acquisition, ABM, outbound messaging, and targeted campaign execution. This role is deeply hands-on, performance-driven, and central to establishing and scaling Div 5.
Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with partnerships, product, information technology, and testing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and user experience enhancements. Your contributions will directly influence Smile’s position as a market leader in healthcare accessibility and affordability across Australia.
The position will have a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with at least 6 hours of crossover b/w 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia)
