Job summary / objective: To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through emails, phone calls, and social media. Responsibilities & duties: Research, track, maintain and update prospect information Lead generation through Email Marketing, Marketing Automation Tool, LinkedIn SN, Cold calling Contact prospects to qualify leads Prospecting new accounts and building relationships with potential customers via primary & secondary research Specialist in leveraging appropriate media, professional networks, and all available sources of information to build the contact list. Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads Possesses a deep understanding of customer personas and CXO preferences within the Enterprise and Technology sectors, consistently seeking, reviewing, and enhancing strategies to meet the interests and requests of prospects. Methodically deliver insightful reports and inside sales performance dashboards to the Sales Head Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services in order to facilitate the sales process Highly skilled at operating under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving in target-driven environments. Demonstrate a strong understanding of region-specific business climates and cultural nuances across various geographies. Skills / attributes required: Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Experience with cold calling Experience with research and maintaining databases Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in using CRM Strong project and time management skills Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
