Role Description

Demand Generation Lead

You’ll be responsible for identifying high-impact marketing initiatives, building scalable lead generation campaigns, and creating data-driven strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the founders and sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
Measure and report on campaign performance, continuously testing and iterating for improvement.
Create and manage lead scoring systems, landing pages, and campaign workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience in
demand generation
and
lead generation
strategies.
Proficient with
CRM and marketing automation tools
(e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Mailchimp).
Strong
analytical mindset
and problem-solving skills.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business
, or a related field.

Bonus Points

Experience working with
real estate or property services
industries.
Familiarity with
B2B services
and long-sales-cycle marketing.
Content marketing or paid media experience is a plus.
