Delivery & Operations Manager (Ops Lead)

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented Operations Manager to handle end-to-end delivery, packing, stock management, and vendor coordination for Anantha Living. This is a core role in our early-stage D2C brand and directly impacts customer experience. You will work closely with the Founder and Social Media Strategist to ensure daily smooth operations, fast delivery, neat packing, and accurate inventory. 🧩 Key Responsibilities📌 1. Order Fulfillment & DispatchPack all orders neatly, ensuring premium unboxing experience Print shipping labels and prepare parcels Manage pickups with courier partners Track shipments daily and update customers on delivery status Handle exchanges, returns, and COD verification 📌 2. Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain accurate inventory sheets Do daily stock counting (SKUs) Notify founder when stock is low Coordinate with suppliers for reorders Ensure all products are stored neatly and safely 📌 3. Vendor CoordinationCommunicate with vendors for restocking Follow up on delays, QC issues, damages Maintain pricing sheets, order sheets, and vendor contacts 📌 4. Customer Delivery ExperienceProvide tracking updates to customers Resolve delivery issues Maintain high satisfaction score Ensure all orders are delivered within 24 hrs dispatch timeline 📌 5.
