Job Description

Hiring: Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage software engineering teams of 15–20 associates
Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile (Scrum) methodologies
Plan and manage delivery schedules, forecasting, budgets, and resource allocation
Own people management, performance, and retention planning
Ensure adherence to CI/CD practices and test automation standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party products for integrations
Ensure high-quality communication with stakeholders and leadership

Must-Have Skills

12+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery Manager leading engineering teams
Strong experience delivering cloud-based applications (AWS preferred)
Solid technical background in .NET; working knowledge of PHP is a plus
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Agile (Scrum) delivery experience
Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Test Automation practices
Proven experience in vendor management and system integrations
Team-first mindset with strong leadership and collaboration skills
High proficiency with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence (or equivalent tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience integrating AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini Agent into development workflows
Using AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation
Evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and software quality
Leveraging AI tools for code optimization and refactoring initiatives

Education & Certifications

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Scrum certification required
