As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of projects in various domains such as product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, and data engineering. Your role will involve ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. You will foster Agile and Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee project lifecycles, conduct reviews, audits, and track non-compliances & red flags. Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers to cultivate a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling escalations effectively, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations are key aspects of the role. Regular tracking and reporting of project performance metrics will be essential, along with driving process improvements and innovation in delivery methodologies and tools. Qualifications And Skills: - 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a delivery management role. - Strong knowledge of Agile and latest SDLC/DevOps practices. - Exposure to software services projects within various domains. - Good high-level understanding of technology approach, implementation, and architectures concepts. - Proven experience in managing delivery in challenging project environments. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience in managing customers across diverse industries and project models. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. - Empathy and emotional intelligence for understanding team and customer sentiments. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
