What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? ? Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient and customer-centric services. ? Sound understanding commercial banking operations (Payments, Account Maintenance, Collateral Management and Servicing) ? Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. ? Collaborate with senior management to establish operational goals, policies, and procedures that align with the overall business objectives. ? Should have strong Interpersonal skills which is crucial to build trust with clients, provide excellent customer service, collaborating effectively with colleagues from other deal and foster a positive work environment. ? Should have strong client relationship management which involves direct interaction with clients, maintaining strong and trusting relationships with clients and creating strategies to generate revenue through client relationships ? Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and guidelines in payment banking operations. ? Drive the development and implementation of new products, services, and digital solutions to meet customer needs and market demands. •? Creation of client value ideas and streamlining automation projects. ? Should possess strong negotiation skills, including the ability to prepare for and conduct negotiations, understand and articulate the needs and interests of both parties, and work towards a mutually beneficial outcome ? Should demonstrate strong conflict management skills, including the ability to identify and address disagreements, mediate disputes and facilitate a constructive dialogue between parties to reach a resolution ? Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and drive innovation. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and promote business growth. ? Provide guidance and support to operations teams, including performance management, training, and professional development initiatives. ? Monitor and analyze operational metrics, customer feedback, and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as risk management, compliance, and technology, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business strategies. ?
