Role Overview

We are seeking a Delegate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on reaching out to potential clients, promoting our IT and technology solutions, and fostering strong professional relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to campaign success. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate IT/enterprise technology solutions through outbound B2B calls to target audiences 
  • Conduct data profiling to validate and maintain accurate customer records 
  • Engage with professionals using social platforms like LinkedIn 
  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to connect with stakeholders and gather insights 
  • Provide clear information about products/services, resolving queries with confidence 
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments 
  • Refine communication and data management techniques continuously 
  • Build and nurture professional relationships to support client engagement 
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets 



On-the-Job Training

We offer structured on-the-job training designed to help new team members: 


  • Understand our service offerings, target audience, and industry landscape 
  • Gain hands-on experience with tools, CRM and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Develop communication, negotiation, and B2B outreach skills 
  • Get mentored by experienced team members to accelerate professional growth 
  • Receive performance feedback and guidance to meet individual and team goals 
  • There will be an assessment after the completion of the training 


Requirements

  • Any graduate is eligible to apply 
  • Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience welcome 
  • Prior experience in B2B calling is an advantage 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Confident in conversations and delivering presentations 
  • Target-driven and able to manage key accounts effectively 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team 
  • Open to visit office once a month 
  • Must have a personal laptop (Windows 10 or higher) and stable Wi-Fi (20 Mbps+) 


Working Days

  • Monday to Friday 
  • 2nd & 4th Saturdays off 
  • Sundays off
