As a Delegate Acquisition Specialist at TheVenio, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top delegates for our flagship event IPs. Your focus will be on building meaningful relationships, ensuring exceptional delegate experiences, and supporting community growth that powers cultural movements. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and build a pipeline of high-potential delegates including founders, investors, and leaders. - Conduct outreach, qualification, and onboarding processes for events. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to enhance delegate engagement. - Maintain excellent relationship management and follow-up practices. - Represent The Venio at relevant networking channels and forums. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in business development, community management, or client acquisition preferred. - Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail. - Passion for startups, innovation, and premium events. - Motivated by targets and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
