As a Delegate Acquisition Specialist at TheVenio, your role will involve identifying, attracting, and onboarding top delegates for the flagship event IPs. Your focus will be on building meaningful relationships, ensuring exceptional delegate experiences, and supporting community growth that powers cultural movements. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and build a pipeline of high-potential delegates including founders, investors, and leaders. - Conduct outreach, qualification, and onboarding for events. - Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance delegate engagement. - Maintain excellent relationship management and follow-up practices. - Represent The Venio at relevant networking channels and forums. Qualifications Required: - Experience in business development, community management, or client acquisition (1-2 years preferred). - Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail. - Passion for startups, innovation, and premium events. - Motivation by targets and a fast-paced work environment.
