Dean of Academic Affairs

We at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence, Pune are looking to hire Academicians with different backgrounds.

One of the urgent requirement is of a “Dean - Academic Affairs”.

Its a full time requirement based out of Pune campus and reports into me directly.

The Dean Academics serves as the academic and intellectual leader of the Business School. The Dean ensures 

1. Academic Delivery - Attendance lena na pade, students should run for classes

2. Faculty Management & Development - Dost banakar kaam karna hai, people should enjoy each other’s company 

3. Curriculum & Program Management - Creative thinking and execution master

4. Accreditation & Quality Assurance - Formality k liye kuch bhi nahi karna hai, no compromise on the quality

5. Research & Knowledge Creation - Research mindset and facilitative 

6. Students Experience & Outcomes - Student ko maza aa jaye 2 saalo mein, student should become the best version of themselves

7. Strategic & Administrative Leadership - Out of the box soch ho aur kaam karwa le logo se 

Qualifications & Experience 

1. Ph.D. from a reputed institution

2. Minimum of 15-20 years of academic experience (5 years atleast in a senior academic leadership role)

3. Proven track record of research, publications and curriculum innovation 

4. Excellent communication, leadership and strategic planning skills

5. Should have at least spent 5 years in the corporate
