Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Dean located in Pune. The Academic Dean will oversee curriculum development, academic administration, and educational leadership. Daily responsibilities include supervising faculty and academic staff, developing programs, implementing academic policies, and ensuring the quality of education. The Academic Dean will also collaborate with other administrative departments to enhance the educational experience for students. Qualifications Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education Experienced in Academic Administration and Educational Leadership Skilled in Program Development Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff Doctorate in Education, Management, or a related field preferred Previous experience in a similar academic leadership role is highly desirable Show more Show less
