About Us: JB International Pro Academy is a leading professional training institute based in Edapally, committed to empowering individuals through industry-relevant education and practical skill-building. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Creator to help us elevate our brand identity and digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Develop creative visual content for social media, print materials, website, presentations, and branding campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets. Design brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads, and other promotional material. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns. Video Creation & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, course previews, testimonials, reels, and event coverage. Add effects, animations, transitions, and motion graphics as needed. Optimize videos for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Manage post-production tasks including audio enhancement, color correction, and subtitles. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer and video editor/creator. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work. Good understanding of social media trends and content strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Preferred Skills: Experience in motion graphics and animation. Knowledge of photography and lighting setup.
