Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Dean located in Jalandhar. The Academic Dean will be responsible for overseeing the development and administration of academic programs, providing educational leadership, and ensuring the academic integrity of the institution. Day-to-day tasks include curriculum development, managing faculty, implementing academic policies, and fostering a supportive educational environment. The Academic Dean will also be involved in program development, strategic planning, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Academic Administration and Educational Leadership skills
• Program Development skills and experience in Education
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage faculty and academic programs
• Doctorate in Education, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role or academic setting is advantageous
