Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Pune. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and conducting examinations, guiding student projects, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also includes conducting research, publishing papers, and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelors & Masters in Hotel Management or equivalent with first class

Experience of relevant industry

• Experience in teaching and curriculum development
• Strong research and academic writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students
• Experience in participating in academic conferences and contributing to scholarly publications
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Management or related field
• Knowledge of contemporary teaching methods and learning strategies
• Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
