As a Deal Desk Specialist at Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the sales organization by partnering with team members across departments to drive growth initiatives. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be highly valued as you assist in meeting customer needs through quoting and order acceptance. This role requires at least 75% overlapping work hours with U.S. business hours. **Role Overview:** - Support all new business and renewal sales quoting accurately and timely. - Review and prepare incoming purchase orders for processing, ensuring alignment with Sales and Finance teams' expectations. - Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales leaders to support shared priorities. - Continuously develop knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales productivity tools to enhance team support and drive system efficiency. - Maintain data integrity and accuracy across internal systems. - Analyze and prepare reports to aid sales campaigns, initiatives, and territory deliverables. - Contribute to the Sales Support team by fostering a team-centered attitude and providing creative solutions for growth. **Qualification Required:** - 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on process and attention to detail. - Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. - Strong mathematical skills. - Ability to work with at least 75% overlap with US business hours. - Experience working with diverse global teams. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to identify challenges and communicate solutions effectively. **Additional Details:** Critical Start offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment where professionals find comfort in a casual dress code.
