The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the bank s own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies.AbouttheRoleThe Partnerships team at Axis Digital Business is focused on increasing the reach of our banking product portfolio. They scout, engage, structure, and on-board high-impact strategic brand partnerships directly with Top e-commerce, OEM and other eco-system partners for various digital products of the bank. The Manager- Partnerships is responsible for the end to end ownership of alliances and partner managementKey ResponsibilitiesActively identify and prioritize potential partners by screening them in a structured manner to assess their strategic fit and business potentialArticulate the customer value proposition from the allianceStructure the deal, hold negotiations and build the business and final model for Axis BankIdentify and mitigate the risk issues as relevantManage partner on-boarding and oversee operational and technology integrationTrack and evaluate performance of new alliances against business model projections and determine actions to optimize on ongoing basisEstablish sustained collaboration and engagement with partners that generate business value to Axis Bank, identify common interests and mutually beneficial opportunitiesLead the development of appropriate campaign measures and processes to maximize ROI from partner channelsQualificationsMBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.Role ProficienciesGood understanding of digital ecosystems and technologyExperience in payments and/or financial services is preferredExceptional interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a collaborative environment and accomplish tasks with self-directionAbility to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; meet established deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills#ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
