We enable your best to power our future.We are looking for highly skilled people with strong experience in data automation, cloud-based tools, and market research operations. The role involves managing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging AWS services to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will have basic statistical knowledge and hands-on experience supporting market research projects through efficient, automated data pipelines.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and process structured/unstructured data using automation scripts and cloud workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
  • Leverage AWS tools (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR, QuickSight) for data processing, storage, and visualization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across research projects.
  • Apply basic statistical methods (descriptive stats, sampling, correlations) for market research data analysis.
  • Support data processing, including tabulation, weighting, and dashboard generation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering/Tech Ops and panel to deliver actionable insights efficiently.
  • Document workflows, maintain metadata, and enforce compliance with data governance policies.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Engineering, Management etc.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data processing, market research operations, or data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, Python, R, Scala, Spark and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud service (Athena, SageMaker,data pipeline, Glue, lambda, RDS, S3, EMR) added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and their application in market research.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
