Database Developer

Job Title:
Database Developer -We are seeking a skilled Database Developer with 4 to 5years hands-on experience in MongoDB, SQL, and database design, along with proficiency in Node.js for backend development and Flutter for building cross-platform applications. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining robust, scalable systems that ensure data accuracy, seamless integrations, and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Database Development
• Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
• Create and manage relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) schemas.
• Write and optimize complex queries in both MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Migrate data between SQL and NoSQL systems as needed.
• Maintain database integrity, performance, and security.
• Backend Development (Node.js)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate database solutions with Node.js applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps for deployments and scaling.
• Frontend Development (Flutter)
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications.
• Ensure seamless data integration between frontend and backend.
• Optimize app performance and user experience.
• Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and analytics teams to support data-driven applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues across database and application layers.
• Document database structures, application workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills

• MongoDB: Collections, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
• SQL: Strong command of SQL syntax and query optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Schema Design: Expertise in normalized (relational) and denormalized (NoSQL) models.
• Node.js: Hands-on experience in backend API development and system integrations.
• Flutter: Strong experience building cross-platform mobile apps.
• Data Migration & ETL: Design and manage data flows across systems.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MongoDB Atlas and cloud-based deployments.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Understanding of database security, access control, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• 4- 5yr of experience is must to have.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
