Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Database Developer

with 4–6 years of experience to join our data team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

SQL Server

Snowflake

, and

Power BI

, with a passion for building efficient, scalable, and insightful data solutions. Knowledge of

Python

is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using SQL Server and Snowflake.
Build and optimize ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and other developers to understand data requirements.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Document database structures, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in database development and data engineering.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server – including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake – including data warehousing and cloud integration.
Proficiency in Power BI – building dashboards, DAX, and data visualization.
Good understanding of data modeling and relational database concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Have

Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Exposure to cloud platforms and data tools.
