Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and utilizing enterprise data to generate insights and support business decisions. The role requires strong expertise in SAP HANA and SQL, with exposure to data modeling concepts (not building from scratch, but leveraging them in the analyst role).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with SAP HANA and SQL databases to extract, analyze, and validate large datasets.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
• Leverage data models to support reporting and analysis (secondary focus).
• Create dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis to support business functions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.
• Partner with data engineering and modeling teams to support ongoing projects.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  SQL and SAP HANA

  (primary).
• Strong query optimization and data analysis skills.
• Exposure to

  data modeling

  concepts and working with existing models (secondary).
• Experience in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
