Role Summary:

Develop predictive models for Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and effectiveness.
• Optimize algorithms for processing speed and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science technologies.
• Communicate findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing machine learning models and working with large datasets.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python for ML development and automation.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
• Building custom ML pipelines for training and deployment.
• Experience with model serving and integration into applications.
• Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
• Writing modular, reusable code for experimentation and production.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting frameworks.
