Role & responsibilities

Leadership, Team Management & Mentorship
Model Development across Lending Lifecycle
Business Experimentation & Strategic Impact
Credit Bureau Data Expertise
RBI-Compliant Model Risk Management
Analytics Enablement & Decision Intelligence

Preferred candidate profile

710 years of experience in data science/advanced analytics roles within lending, housing finance, NBFCs, or fintechs; Knowledge of the finance industry, with specific experience in credit risk analytics and developing risk scorecards for mortgage and home loan products
Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, and people management in analytics functions.

Good written and verbal communications skills in English
Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
