Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior, course engagement, and learner outcomes to improve platform performance
Build real-time dashboards and data pipelines to track key metrics across the academy
Develop predictive models to personalize content, forecast learner progress, and reduce drop-off
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to drive data-informed decisions
Run A/B tests and implement data-backed recommendations to enhance user experience
Explore AI/ML tools to bring automation and intelligent features into the learning journey

Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in data science, preferably in edtech, analytics, or SaaS environments
Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Solid grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
Experience working with product data, marketing funnels, or learner engagement metrics
Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms, education tech tools, or adaptive learning algorithms
