• Work directly with the CEO and HR Heads to develop strategic relationships and grow business opportunities in the market
• Deliver impactful business presentations and proposals to potential clients
• ⁠Engage and pitch our staffing solutions to semiconductor and electronics companies across India and abroad
• ⁠Take full ownership of client outreach, marketing, and partnership development
• ⁠Drive our semiconductor manpower supply business with innovative strategies and measurable results

What We’re Looking For

• ⁠Proven business development or sales experience in the semiconductor, electronics, staffing, or recruitment industry
• ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• ⁠Strong understanding of industry demands, hiring challenges, and talent supply dynamics in the semiconductor space
• ⁠Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working closely with top leadership
• Minimum Qualification : Bachelor in Electronics
