About the Role As a Data Scientist at Neural Network, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions, leveraging cloud-native architectures and real-time data platforms. Your work will focus on turning vast datasets into intelligent insights that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and integrate with robotics for next-gen efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, process, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from diverse sources, including cloud environments and real-time streams. Develop and deploy machine learning models, neural networks, and generative AI frameworks to automate tasks, predict outcomes, and drive innovations in areas like robotics integration and process optimization. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities, with a focus on extracting value for business agility and productivity. Partner with stakeholders in consulting, cloud transformation, and AI teams to translate client needs into data-driven strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. Build and maintain data platforms for real-time intelligence, utilizing tools like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Snowflake to enable faster decisions and prevent issues. Create visualizations and data products to communicate insights to non-technical audiences, supporting projects that reduce latency, increase output, or minimize stock-outs. Implement MLOps practices to deploy models into production, monitor performance, and iterate on AI solutions in agile cycles (every 3-6 months). Stay ahead of advancements in AI, ML, cloud computing, data engineering, and robotics, contributing to our Continuous Innovation Lab for new frameworks and technologies. Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance in all analyses, aligning with our mission to empower human-machine collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred for advanced neural network expertise). 3+ years of experience in data science, with proven work in AI/ML, cloud data platforms, or robotics automation. Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake). Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, neural networks, generative AI, and real-time analytics. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and integrating AI with physical systems (robotics a plus). Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering ROI in under six months. Familiarity with agile methodologies and multi-cloud environments is highly desirable.
