.We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead complex analytical projects and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will manage the full data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and preparation to model development, deployment, and performance monitoring. You will leverage advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques to solve challenging problems and deliver impactful solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and analysts, to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote, innovative environment, continuously exploring new tools, frameworks, and approaches to elevate the organization’s data capabilities. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives and help shape the future of AI-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including data acquisition, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Design and implement advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models for applications such as recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows for efficient model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor model performance, conduct evaluations, and implement improvements to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML techniques and industry best practices to continuously enhance data science capabilities.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7–9 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
  • Hands-on experience building production-ready AI/ML solutions and deploying models to cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Expertise in advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and scalable data processing is a plus.
