As a Senior Data Scientist at Oracle Health, you will independently design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and agents that automate workflows, generate insights, and improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate across product, clinical, and engineering teams to translate complex healthcare problems into scalable AI solutions.

Own end-to-end development of AI/ML models and Generative AI agents.Analyze large, complex healthcare datasets to uncover actionable insights.Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and engineers on applied AI use cases.Optimize models for accuracy, interpretability, and performance in production.Ensure solutions meet healthcare data privacy and compliance standards.Contribute to experimentation, documentation, and reusable code components.Participate in innovation through research, publication, or patents.Required Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.5+ years of experience in ML, deep learning, or Generative AI.Proven record of delivering production-grade models and analytics solutions.Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.Experience with healthcare data sources (EHR, claims, clinical notes).Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare analytics, clinical decision support, or RCM.Familiarity with cloud deployment environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT).Responsibilities
