Job Description : We are looking for a talented Data Modeler to design and create data structures that support efficient storage, retrieval, and management of data. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity and optimize database performance while collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data models. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Data Models: Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Define data structures, relationships, and constraints within databases. Ensure data models align with business requirements and technical constraints. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with database administrators, data analysts, and software developers. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Communicate data model designs and recommendations to various teams. Data Integrity and Optimization: Ensure data integrity, stability, and security across databases. Establish and enforce data modeling standards and best practices. Optimize database performance and data retrieval. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve data modeling issues. Maintain and update data models as business needs evolve. Evaluate existing data systems and identify areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques. Experience with database management systems (DBMS). Proficiency in data analysis and profiling tools. Ability to work with various data formats and technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
