In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of the data that powers our analytics platform and broader agency operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of our data hub, directly supporting our internal account teams and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in data to build a career at the intersection of data management, analysis, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, audit, and troubleshoot data flows within the ARM Data Hub to ensure unwavering data integrity.

- Test and maintain Data Hub accounts, resolving technical and data-related issues promptly.

- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards using advanced data visualization tools.

- Format, prepare, and manipulate large datasets for client reports and internal use.

- Process weekly data requests from internal account teams and support client onboarding and configuration.

- Uphold strict GDPR compliance standards in all data handling activities.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics is strongly preferred. Candidates who have completed a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship will also be considered.

Core Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including practical experience with pivot tables, complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), and robust data cleaning techniques.

- Strong numeracy and analytical skills with a solid foundation in mathematics, accounting, or statistical principles.

Crucial Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable. You must possess the ability to articulate complex data concepts clearly and effectively to both technical teams and non-technical clients.

A natural aptitude for data storytelling – turning raw numbers into compelling, actionable insights.
