What You'll Be Doing

• Implement and manage GTM, Floodlight, Facebook Pixel, and custom tags
• Audit and troubleshoot complex tracking setups with precision
• Translate data needs into smart tagging strategies
• Work across India, UK, and EU teams to ensure high-integrity tracking
• Lead training, documentation, and process improvements

You Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience in

  GTM

  ,

  GA4

  , and

  JavaScript

• Proven track record of

  setting up tagging from scratch

• Excellent

  communication skills

  (verbal + written) — non-negotiable
• The ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with clients
• Willingness to

  relocate to Hyderabad

  (if not already here)

• Tag Implementation Expertise:

  Proven experience in end-to-end setup, management, and troubleshooting of tagging ecosystems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Floodlight, Facebook Pixel, and custom tags.

• JavaScript & Debugging Skills:

  Strong command of JavaScript for custom tag development, dataLayer integration, and resolving complex tracking issues using debugging tools like Chrome DevTools.

• Project Management & Global Collaboration:

  Ability to manage multiple tracking projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams across India, the UK, and the EU to ensure accurate data capture and implementation consistency.
