We're Hiring: Data Governance Specialist | Collibra – Data Stewardship Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire: Initial 6+ months, potential for full-time conversion Location: Pune, Chennai, Mumbai Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM IST (Must work till 2 PM PST) Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Collibra Data Catalog , Data Dictionary , and Business Glossaries Implement and support data quality rules , custom lineage stitching , and metadata ingestion processes Participate in workflow creation and configuration within Collibra Collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain high-quality metadata Apply data governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) Support data lifecycle initiatives from creation to archival Work cross-functionally in a Scrum/Agile environment What We’re Looking For 2+ years hands-on experience with Collibra (data steward role preferred) 3+ years in a data governance team or function Strong understanding of data management , data lineage , and DQ best practices Experience with metadata management , lineage stitching , and automating data processes Excellent communication skills (technical and business-facing) Nice to Have Experience or understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) Collibra certifications (Ranger, Expert, etc.) Exposure to tools like Informatica , Azure Purview , Alation , or Tableau Connect with us at shalini.v@saranshinc.com Show more Show less
