Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist in Mumbai, you will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up-to-date. Candidates with a 10+2 certificate or a Bachelor's degree are preferred, while prior experience in data entry is desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, collate, prepare, and verify documents, materials, and information for data entry - Transcribe source data into the required electronic format - Perform high-volume data entry using word processing tools, spreadsheets, databases, or other computer software - Verify data integrity by comparing it to its source and maintain logs - Maintain a filing system and ensure the protection of confidential information - Research to obtain information for incomplete material - Retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system in the requested format - Collaborate closely with specialists and sales teams - Handle clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing - Comply with set processes and test new systems and software updates - Coordinate with departments and locations as needed - Assist the team with client queries, attend phone calls, and cater to gallery visitors Qualifications Required: - 10+2 certificate or Bachelor's degree - Experience in data entry is desirable but not essential - Good interpersonal and communication skills in English - Ability to organize and manage time effectively - Strong team collaboration and independent work capability - Proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines - Attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods - Computer literacy with MS Office and basic database knowledge - Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations and filing systems - Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle data discreetly - Willingness to work long hours during sale deadlines, exhibitions, and auctions To apply for this role, please send your updated resume and a cover letter expressing your interest to [email protected],
