About the Role

Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company’s

  ERP system

  .
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and internal documents.
• Verify data by comparing source documents and ensuring correctness.
• Assist the purchase, accounts, and operations teams with data-related tasks.
• Retrieve data from the ERP system for daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure information as per company standards.
• Handle basic administrative and documentation work.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely data updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience

  as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Basic working knowledge of

  ERP systems

  (any ERP).
• Good command of

  MS Excel

  (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  manufacturing, structural, or construction industry

  is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of purchase or accounts entries in ERP will be helpful.
