Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist at Creativefuel, your role will involve entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in company databases and Excel sheets. You will be responsible for verifying data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, as well as preparing, sorting, and organizing information before data entry. Additionally, you will generate basic reports and summaries using Excel while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaboration with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks is also a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and Excel sheets. - Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. - Prepare, sort, and organize information before data entry. - Generate basic reports and summaries using Excel. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Good typing speed and familiarity with data entry software/tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience & Qualification: - 1.5 to 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
