Role Description

This is a full time role for a Data Entry Specialist based on-site in Agra. The role involves accurately entering and updating data into systems, verifying data for accuracy, and maintaining organized digital records. The specialist will also perform administrative support tasks and collaborate with team members to handle customer service-related data queries effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong typing skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with data management tools
• Knowledge about Tally and Accountancy
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic administrative assistance skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
• Customer service skills to address data-related inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in an office environment
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
