Data Entry Specialist

Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records in our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and managing large volumes of data efficiently while ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems. Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them. Maintain and organize digital and physical records systematically. Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed. Generate reports and provide data to management when required. Communicate with internal teams to verify information and resolve discrepancies. Meet daily/weekly targets for speed and accuracy in data entry. Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with data entry software/ERP/CRM tools is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate / Diploma in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
