Job Description

Designation: Data Entry Operator

Location: Goa

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, property, sales, and financial data into internal CRM, ERP, or custom databases.

· Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; cross-check against source documents.

· Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems in accordance with company standards.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and data transfer.

· Generate regular reports and summaries as required by leadership (e.g., sales pipeline, lead tracking, client follow-ups).

· Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive client and transaction information.

· Flag discrepancies and escalate any inconsistencies or data issues to supervisors promptly.

· Assist in the digitization of legal documents, agreements, and architectural drawings.

· Ensure all data complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements

· Support administrative functions, including document tracking and coordination with external vendors.

Key Requirement:

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience working with ERP Systems
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations; real estate or luxury services experience is a plus.

Technical tools:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is advantageous.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45–50 WPM).

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential data.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
