Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Operator located in Gurugram. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting data into computer systems, maintaining records and documents, and ensuring data accuracy. Other responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, organizing files, and assisting with general office operations. The role may also involve communication with clients or team members to address queries and ensure efficient data handling.


Key Responsibilities


As a Bidding Executive / Data Entry Operator, you will play an important role in supporting our online tendering operations and ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Your responsibilities will include documentation, bid submission, record maintenance, and portal-based activities.


1 Tender & Bidding Support Assist in preparing and submitting bids on government and private portals such as GeM. Ensure timely documentation, proper formatting, and accurate entry of tender details as per the given requirements.

2. Portal Management Regularly update and monitor online portals like GeM for new tenders, updates, and bid status. Upload required documents and maintain a log of all portal activities.

3. Coordination & Reporting Generate monthly financial summaries and reports to support decision-making, and assist in internal and external financial reviews and audits.


Key Skills

• Strong computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Internet Browsing

• Fast and accurate data entry and documentation skills

• Ability to navigate and work on online portals (e.g., GeM)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in coordination with a team

• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram
