We are an authorized GeM vendor, specializing in the supply of laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories to government and corporate clients. Additionally, we offer a wide range of digital services including website development, eCommerce solutions, and digital marketing. With a focus on quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, we aim to be a trusted one-stop solution for both IT products and digital services.



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting and audit activities. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally or similar software, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


·       Prepare and process bills/invoices for clients and vendors

·       Upload invoices and supporting documents on government and private portals

(e.g., GEM, client dashboards)

·       Perform bank reconciliation and ensure account accuracy

·       Manage client accounts, payment follow-ups, and ledger updates

·       File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely tax compliance

·       Handle TDS calculations and return filing

·       Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, and petty cash

·       Generate monthly financial summaries and reports

·       Assist in internal audits and external financial reviews

·       Use Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools for day-to-day entries


Required Qualifications & Skills:


·       Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

·       1–3 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes

·       Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

·       Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·       Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

·       Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
