Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Toll-Free Number Executive. The position is based in Sonpur. The Toll-Free Number Executive will be responsible for managing incoming calls on the toll-free number, resolving customer queries, providing information about our programs, and documenting call details. Additionally, the role involves supporting the team in implementing programs and engaging with stakeholders as needed. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills, including data entry and documentation Ability to manage and resolve queries efficiently Experience in working in a customer service or call center role is a plus Empathy, patience, and ability to engage effectively with the community Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in social work or NGO sector is advantageous Fluency in Hindi and knowledge of the local dialect is preferred
