Job Profile:
● Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models using
Microsoft Fabric and related technologies.
● Implement scalable and efficient data solutions to support analytics, reporting, and
advanced use cases.
● Integrate data from ERP systems and diverse source applications into unified data
platforms.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver
high-quality, actionable data solutions.
● Ensure data quality, security, and governance across platforms.
● Partner with software engineering and BI teams to enable effective data capture,
storage, and processing.
● Stay updated on emerging data engineering trends and recommend best practices for
implementation.
Candidate Profile:
● 5–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, with proven expertise in building and
managing data platforms.
● Must-have: In-depth, production-level Microsoft Fabric experience - minimum 1 year (not
just POC).
● Strong experience in ERP data integration (SAP, Oracle,Microsoft Dynamics 365 or
similar) and consolidating data from multiple source systems.
● Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
● Strong knowledge of Azure Data Services, Synapse, Power BI, and cloud-based
databases.
● Familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka) and orchestration tools (ADF, Airflow,
dbt, etc.).
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently as
an IC.
● Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
