Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge recruitment solutions. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to ensure the seamless integration and processing of data, enabling us to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate data solutions.
Optimize and improve existing data systems for performance and reliability.
Implement data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive information.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
