Data Engineer/ Analysts

Role Overview: You will be joining Investment Bank Operations (IB Operations) at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Bank F2B Ops Transformation Data Engineer/Analyst based in Bangalore, India. The role involves contributing to the transformation of front-to-back operations including IB Operations, which is a key agenda for the bank. You will report to the India Head of Investment Bank F2B Operations Transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to establishing centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics. - Implement target operating model strategies for key operational processes, focusing on system architecture, process controls, and location strategy. - Collaborate with functional leads and teams to execute front-to-back transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience, risk management capabilities, and operational efficiency. - Play a pivotal role in delivering global process changes ensuring change management is conducted rigorously and in compliance with business resiliency, audit, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years experience in financial services, preferably in Investment Banking Operations. - Proficiency in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization/re-engineering methodologies. - Strong skills in process mapping and modeling would be beneficial. - Ability to drive recommendations and enhancements for Org Design, Automation, and strategic technology design. - Previous experience in Financial Services and Investment Banking is advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to focus on delivery and outcomes, with effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to think strategically and tactically. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Resilient and reliable, with experience in handling challenging situations. - Collaborative approach to working in a matrix organization, including close collaboration with the Technology team for implementing innovative solutions. - Utilize the Centre of Excellence team for continuous improvement, ideation, and team-based problem-solving.
